Terms of Service

By accessing and using TechMonkey's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of TechMonkey's services, including but not limited to electronics supply, AI consulting, web scraping services, and technology reviews.

TechMonkey provides the following services:

• Electronics Supply: Sourcing and supply of electronic components, consumer electronics, and industrial equipment
• AI Consulting: Artificial intelligence implementation, machine learning solutions, and process automation
• Web Scraping Services: Data extraction, web scraping, and automated data collection
• Technology Reviews: Product evaluations, technology assessments, and strategic consulting

All services are provided subject to availability and our acceptance of your project requirements.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements
• Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification
• Make payments according to agreed terms and schedules
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes

Pricing and Quotes

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment Schedule

• Electronics Supply: 50% deposit, balance on delivery
• Consulting Services: 50% upfront, 50% on completion
• Ongoing Services: Monthly invoicing with 14-day payment terms

Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

Our Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, and proprietary technologies developed by TechMonkey remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement.

Client Intellectual Property

We respect your intellectual property rights. Any confidential information or proprietary data you share with us will be protected according to our confidentiality agreements.

Work Product

Custom solutions developed specifically for your project will be transferred to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We understand the sensitive nature of business information and commit to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding:

• Your business strategies and plans
• Technical specifications and requirements
• Financial information and pricing data
• Customer lists and market intelligence
• Any information marked as confidential

This confidentiality obligation continues indefinitely, even after the termination of our services.

Service Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards. We will remedy any defects in our services at no additional cost.

Product Warranties

Electronic products supplied by us are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects.

Disclaimers

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated herein.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party products or services
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are claimed.

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• 30 days notice for ongoing consulting arrangements
• Immediate termination for breach of contract
• Immediate termination for non-payment

Upon termination, you remain liable for all charges incurred up to the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We will attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiation before resorting to legal action.
